Spacious rooms with welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of issues. The dining experience was particularly disappointing, as the breakfast options were extremely limited and the quality was subpar. Additionally, the lack of timely staff assistance during meal times made the whole experience frustrating. It was disheartening to find that the room amenities did not meet my expectations, especially given the hotel's promising features.

A Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The breakfast buffet featured made-to-order omelettes and fresh smoothies that kickstarted our mornings perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Enjoyed relaxing in the warm hot tub after our spa treatments. Definitely try the fondue if you get a chance!

our stay at white oaks conference & resort spa was fantastic! the ambience was lovely, with fresh flowers everywhere. the tower queen room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. the location was perfect, within walking distance of a starbucks and an outdoor outlet mall. i especially enjoyed the warm aromatherapy massage which was divine!

I enjoyed my stay at White Oaks. The property is beautifully decorated, with fresh flowers throughout, creating a welcoming vibe. The gardens were stunning and easily accessible, perfect for leisurely strolls. The room felt light and airy, with a newly renovated look. Staff members were attentive and polite, always ready to help. However, the water pressure in the shower could use improvement. I also noticed the spa tub jets were weak. Despite these minor inconveniences, I felt the overall experience was top-notch. I’d definitely consider returning.
