Reviews of White Oaks Resort & Spa

Adrian
This hotel has a great location, being close to wineries and the Shaw festival, with an outlet mall just a short distance away. The room had a beautiful view, and the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choices. There were great leisure facilities to enjoy such as a hot tub and pool that create a fun atmosphere for children.
Limited seating capacity in the lobby.

Christmas atmosphere and decorations were lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and attractions.
The room was dated, smelly, and in need of repair. The shower was difficult to use and did not stay at a consistent temperature. The bed was uncomfortable, and we had trouble sleeping. There was a loud noise from other guests that lasted late into the night, which kept us up. it was a disappointing Christmas experience.

It was all superb.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and the warm greetings from the staff. The hotel was in a great location, close to shopping and attractions. Additionally, the room was spacious and had great water pressure with plenty of hot water for showers.
The bed was too firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom fan was extremely loud and the temperature control was not ideal, with the fan running constantly and no ability to set a specific temperature.

Well-appointed and fine hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had a quite comfortable experience. The rooms were spotless with coffee, double beds plus really nice shampoo as described.
The staff was very rude.

Suite was newly remodelled with spacious bed. Having a hairdryer, a spa bathtub and terry dressing gowns was a bonus.

My new year's experience was great! The hotel offered complementary breakfast and fitness center access. The garden was beautiful, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The location was convenient, with everything within walking distance. I also appreciated the clean and spacious room, complete with wine glasses and easy accessibility.
The service staff at breakfast was slow and forgetful. It took a while for them to bring requested items, which was frustrating. though, my stay was peaceful and relaxing, and I enjoyed the amenities provided by the hotel.

Immaculate room in the tower, has Wi-Fi. Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from a shopping mall. It's also not far from niagara and niagara on the lake and wineries and the falls and downtown Niagara on the Lake.
